Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, apply as a vendor, ask about a partnership, or request email updates. This may include your name, email address, business information, product categories, fulfilment information, reference links, and the contents of your message.

When permitted by your browser settings, our first-party measurement system records a random session identifier, pages viewed, product details opened, official-retailer links clicked, price band, referring website domain, and request time. The identifier lasts only for the browser session and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising profiles. We do not store your IP address in our measurement database.

Our hosting and security providers may separately process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, request time, and pages requested, to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

We use personal information to answer your request, evaluate a sourcing brief or partnership, deliver information you asked for, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

Consent and email

Submitting a sourcing or contact request allows us to respond about that request. When you select “Track interest in authorized availability,” we store your email with the selected product so we can measure demand and may contact you if an approved opportunity to offer that item is confirmed. Marketing email is optional. Every marketing message will identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe option.

Analytics choices

Our first-party measurement does not use advertising cookies. We do not send measurement events when your browser exposes Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also end the anonymous session identifier by closing the browser tab or window.

Service providers and transfers

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, security, analytics, and form delivery. They may process information outside Alberta or Canada, where it will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the service.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal requirements, and dispute prevention. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices
