We invite and accept applications from clothing and accessories vendors. Canadian businesses and products receive priority, and every vendor is reviewed before a product can be offered for sale.

Founding vendor terms
On the final merchandise subtotal, excluding tax and shipping.
No monthly fee and no listing fee during the founding term.
The founding commission is locked for 12 months after your agreement begins.
Payment-processing costs are deducted separately from vendor proceeds.
These are proposed founding terms, not an automatic offer. Final commercial terms are confirmed in a signed vendor agreement and product schedule.
One catalogue, managed by us
Vendors do not create storefronts or self-publish listings. The Select Report approves products and pricing, creates the listing, receives the customer order, manages customer communication, and controls refunds, payouts, and featured placement.
You remain responsible for authentic and compliant products, accurate inventory, fulfilment, tracking, and product information. Applying does not create a seller account, publish a product, or guarantee acceptance.
Choose the right sales arrangement
Non-exclusive
Sell through us and anywhere else. The proposed founding commission is 10%.
Limited exclusive
Reserve a specific colour, bundle, edition, or quantity for an agreed period.
Full product exclusive
Make a specific product exclusive by SKU, territory, channel, and defined dates.
Net-price supply
Set an agreed vendor payout; we retain the difference between that amount and the approved selling price.
Non-exclusive is the default. Exclusivity never applies to your whole business unless a signed schedule says so.
Service standard
Confirm within 24 hours. Accept the order and confirm inventory.
Ship within 2 business days. Unless a longer lead time is approved on the listing.
Tracking is required. Add valid carrier and tracking information promptly.
Returns are protected. Customer return requests are accepted for 14 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the product terms and applicable law.
Payout after delivery. Vendor payout is ordinarily released 14 days after confirmed delivery, less agreed deductions and reserves.
Canadian designations must be precise
We distinguish Made in Canada, Canadian-owned, Designed in Canada, and Ships from Canada. Select only claims you can support. A Canadian address alone does not automatically make a product Canadian-made.

Invited vendors and vendors who find us independently use the same application. Complete the form below; it prepares an email to our partnerships desk so you can review and send it from your own email account.
What happens next
We review fit, business identity, product quality, Canadian claims, pricing, inventory, and fulfilment readiness. If there is a fit, we request supporting documents, agree on a product-level commercial schedule, and sign a vendor agreement before any item is enabled for checkout.
